I don't know about all of you, but when I visit Facebook, I often see posts by friends about issues of the day. I don't always agree with my friends' views, but usually I don't feel it's the best idea to leave comments, especially if I haven't spoken with my friend since, oh, say, high school.
However, lately, given the vote in North Carolina, I've been seeing a lot of stuff about "same-sex marriage", and so I started commenting on stuff, and getting into conversations, and replying, until finally I realized I had produced what amounts to a poorly written, meandering essay on the subject.
I thought I would post most of the key exchanges here (which feature repeated misspellings of the word "sandwich") as sort of a memory dump of my thoughts on the issue, for anyone who's interested, or who is having trouble falling to sleep.

I am famous!
Tonight I attended a Rick Santorum town hall style campaign event. WLTX ran a story on it, featuring me, as you can tell by the screen capture below (click to enlarge):
There were actually quite a few people there, and I got a yard sign and some bumper stickers.
Now that I'm famous, I'm sure to be constantly fielding interview requests, so I might not be able to blog as frequently as before, but don't worry, my family keeps me grounded.

| Some friends of mine were also there, as was Jessie. |
